I sold my house in Weymouth Massachusetts while I was in another state (actually on the closing date, I was in a different country) and Mike made it beyond easy to close the sale. My wife had originally found him since he’s a top rated agent in Massachusetts, and had closed sales at the highest price for his clients. He made everything pain-free, and I’m happy that my wife had found him because of his reviews. If you’re looking for someone to sell your home with, Mike is honest and awesome. From recommending local plumbers to fix minor things, to handymen, Mike was able to find them at a better price and do the repairs needed to pass inspections.

Really, Mike was great. He is honest and straightforward, answers questions clearly, gives good advice, and works hard. In my case Mike stepped in when a previous agent failed for three months to get a single offer on my property. What a difference! Mike looked at the house more carefully, found better comps, priced it correctly, got much better photographs, and gave me a list of inexpensive repairs to make the place more appealing. When we went back on market, it sold for full price in less than a week. Plus, he’s a great guy and a pleasure to work with.
